Answer: Introduction: Fast track couriers aim at expanding the delivery routes of the organization beyond regional New South Wales in the upcoming three years. The organization has limited its services within the boundaries of New South Wales, which has resulted in the reduction of profits an customers. The current profit generated by the firm is $1.9 million, whereas the estimated amount was $3.2 million. With the implementation of better expansion plans, the company would be able to deliver the products of the customers to all parts of the country by analysing efficient expansion plans and techniques. The performance measurement that must be used to analyse the performance of the organization towards the expansion program must be Customer Value Analysis and Quality Management. Increasing Sales Fast track couriers aims at increasing the sales of the company by 40% , thereby raising the profit of the organization. By improvising the services generated to the customers to all the parts of the country, there would be an increase in sales. This raise in the sales of the organization would help in lifting the financial base of the firm. With the initiation of better sales strategies and policies, the organization would be able to achieve its objective within the time frame of 3 years. The current amount generated from the sales of the company is 17 million , whereas, the estimated amount for sales is 22 million.
